Ordered a medical bracelet. It was a fair price then the engraving put it through the roof. Needed it so I ordered it. Didn’t have any onsite to look at so we ordered it via their website. It came in good order but was a link too small. Telling me to take it to the nearby jewelry fixit place to pay to get another link added was an unsat answer. Manager saw the problem and fixed the problem. Customer service is severely lacking by employees. My salesman was spot on. I will go back. I love my bracelet.
