This company was recommended by out realtors. Brian came to our newly purchased home today to do our inspection. He was VERY thorough. Total, the inspection took about 3.5 hours. After the inspection he printed the paperwork explaining his inspection and explained it all to us. He brought his own printer and the inspection was 46 pages long and included very detailed information. The inspection papers included photos, descriptions, and whether each item was satisfactory, fair, unsatisfactory, or unsafe. He made it very clear and easy to understand. We were hesitant to go with the realtor recommended inspector, but I’m glad we did. Brian definitely covered all the bases and we will recommend him and this company in the future.
