I went to Advanced IT Solutions. I was having issues going from Windows 7 to Windows 10. It cost me over $ 400.00. I was told reversing back to Windows 7 from Windows 10 would be no problem. Guess what? It was a problem. During the process of switching back: 1.) I was disappointed in the customer service 2.) Adobe read was gone and PDF files could not be opened
I took the computers to Data Doctor. I received better customer care. Adobe reader was installed. The spry ware protection put on by Advanced IT Solutions did not work. Data Doctors installed ant-​virus, back up service, fixed all issues for under $ 200.00 for the desktop and laptop. After the quality service I received, I purchased the maintenance/​service program for both computers for less than $ 40.00 per month.
I am just sharing my experiences.

If you’re having any computer problems, get help from Mike! I had a hard drive issue and was potentially facing the loss of a year’s worth of Quickbooks information. Not only was Mike able to save the information and fix the computer but he also cleaned up my computer, took off a bunch of malicious software and set up an external hard drive for me to backup all my information in the future. I highly recommend this business for all your computer needs.
