For some time we had been customers of this store and not had any issues, except we always thought the prices were obscenely expensive, nonetheless, we stayed. However, in recent weeks I noticed several of my Michael Kors blouses were coming back with round ‘punched’ holes in them and the owners blamed it on the fabric. Bottom line, they destroyed several of my Michael Kors blouses with the same holes in the same location of the garments and to this day, I am still waiting for an apology, compensation or anything to fix THEIR mistake. They are so negligent all they can say is ‘you should not be buying those clothes’.this is how ignorant and careless they are. Beware of this place, if you ever have a problem like this, they will not care and you will be out of luck with destroyed clothes and nothing more. They are horrible, and I urge anyone to stay away from them.

worst dry-​cleaning experience ever. I live near this place so I thought I would give them a try. All I asked for was for them to launder and press my cotton dress shirts with medium starch. Usually this is around $ 2 per shirt at most cleaners. When the clothes were picked up, they charged $ 125!!! I was absolutely shocked and enraged. They charged me all of these extra fees without calling me or asking me. They claim there was pet hair on my shirts (I do have a dog) so they charged extra for that. They claim that some shirts required additional ironing which they charged extra for. The list goes on and on. Basically I was the one who got taken to the cleaners. This place is a total scam and when you try to argue with them about it, they pretend like they don’t speak english. For that kind of money I could have just bought new shirts. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
