David did a home inspection to see if all my water pipes, faucets, and hot water heater were in good shape. The prior plumber bragged about how good he was then david came in a year later and said «its not a matter of IF but when this will blow.» I then called another plumber I know to inspect the water heater and he confirmed exactly what David said without me telling the other plumber anything except tell me if you see anything correct or incorrect. Sure enough, it was wrong. David caught a huge issue. Thanks Man!
