I ordered a custom natural gas Fire pit table from Arizona Backyard Custom (Mark)!!! The table arrived damaged because of the shipping company, (it was coming all the way across the country) Mark did EVERYTHING in his power to help me resolve this situation! I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality product and just as important the Quality service that he had provided! I would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone and I WILL use them for any of my future needs! Thank you Mark!!!

I was one of their first customers and they continue to get better and better. I always had a wood firepit in the backyard but it was always a pain to keep clean. Mark came over and we talked about a custom firepit table that was just right for me. I now have a very cool, custom table that matches my backyard décor. I had one issue with it last year (I’ve had mine 3 years now) and he came out and took care of it right away. I think these are must-​haves for winters in AZ, especially during those «no burn» days we have.
