Around the Clock Plumbing

Around the clock plumbing has taken care of all of my plumbing needs over the last six years. I have never had any issues with them. There service is always efficient, reasonably priced, and very professional. In fact I just had them at my house today changing out a faucet.

If there were negative stars, this company would get a –2. They totally screwed up a job a my house. Their negligence caused over 5K damage and they deny they did anything wrong. I contacted over a dozen other plumbers and they all agreed that the installation was totally lacking in completeness. Stay far away from these guys, not even sure if their «installers» are licensed plumbers. If you make a mistake, man up and accept responsibility for your actions, these cowards shuffled it off to their insurance carrier and they did the typical insurance investigation (with their experts) and I am sure they will find nothing was done incorrectly… they have no conscience, only see money. So, I am sure it will go to the lawyers and I am confident that there will be justice and Around the Clock Plumbing will have to pay for their errors.
Stay FAR AWAY from these guys.
Response below from bad guys, their insurance carrier did their dirty deed. All the «installer» had to do was check the drain line, look around a corner, make sure the system was working and none of this would have happened. But, this was NOT part of the install –to check the system, and apparently the insurance carrier and Contractors Board agree that all you need to do is hook up the system, then leave. Shoddy, shoddy work. They say they found no drain issues, if there was no water draining as it should be… that is an issue, a major issue. Karma will catch up with these people, maybe someone in their family will be damaged by shoddy work, then they will see. They are not a member of the Better Business Bureau and have an F rating with them. This should say something.
