I have always been a major critic of many companies because I am watching true customer service go right out the window. But today, AT&T has shown me that customer service is still alive in this store. They truly care about there customers satisfaction and is willing to go above and beyond to prove it. As an Information Technology Specialist for many companies, you have made a lifetime customer and promoter out of me as long as you keep to this standard. Thank you again to the Manager who made sure I had service at my location no matter what. The MicroCell works great.

Been waiting for 25 minutes and haven’t even had a rep acknowledge me. Still waiting… the lack of customer service makes me rethink my contract with AT&T. Also the reps haven’t even asked if I need help or had a question. So either AT&T hires mentally retarded reps or just antisocial jackasses.
