This is in response to George A. I am the grandson of the owner and a member of the company’s board of directors. First off, I want to extend my deepest apologies for the no shows by our estimators and I can assure you that the situation has been rectified. Secondly, we are in the middle of a transition of management teams and ownership and unfortunately you and several other clients appointments were missed. As a third generation member of this organization, I can unequivocally state we are not an amateur organization and have served Arizona for nearly 40 years with clients that include city, county, state and federal governments; celebrities, professional athletes and Nevada casinos including Caesar’s Palace. I understand your frustration and would like to earn your business in the future.

Aztec was referred to me by another contractor and seeing how the first contractor did a great job for me and since gave him additional work. I set up appointment for July 1st at 8am, for Aztec to come out to my residence and give me an estimate on replacing 3 – 5 gates. After 2 hours of «no-show», I had to call them to see what happened. Apparently they had issues with a water truck or something, but neglected to call me and let me know they were running late which screwed up my day. Within a couple of hours I received a call from one of their estimators re-setting an appointment for July 5th @ 8am. At 9:30am I realize I had another«no-show». Either business must be really good or this company is extremely un-professional. If a amateur contractor starts out this way, no telling what kind of shabby work they do. Either way, I wouldn’t recommend Aztec for anything and since call the referral source to let them know what happened.
