I’m always so happy to be back in Colorado because it means a trip to Blink Coffee! Its friendly staff and comfortable décor invite lounging in the outside gardens while eating delicious food and enjoying beautiful views. Be sure to check out the photography«Little People Travel the World» by owner Nathalie Ames. It will knock your socks off and put a smile on your face!

Like«Cheers» you’ll feel at home with the friendly staff and Chefs Al and Jamie at Blink. Yes, they leave the kitchen to visit with guests and make recommendations. Heck, you have any questions just ask and they’ll give you a taste of that new craft brew on tap. Al’s always cooking up something new and delish in the kitchen and loves to give samples and get feedback. Nice patio for outside dining and occasional music. Owner, Nathalie, makes it all work! Call ahead to check seasonal hours. Don’t blink twice, it’s Mesa!

Stopped here after sledding in March at Old Powderhorn. Pleasantly surprised that the service was outstanding and the food delicious. We had four adults and two kids and the food came out at the same time and was all done well, from grilled cheese to a burrito, salad and sandwiches. Also lived the different craft beers to choose from with our lunches. Will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

Big city level coffee shop. Wide selection. Great service. Staff greeted every customer as soon as they were near the counter, even if they were waiting in line. Ambiance was good. Seating was comfortable; couch, plush chairs with ottomans, or tables. Coffee was as good as anywhere.

Considering its remote location, it has excellent espresso, great cookies, tasty paninis and nice ambiance. A must stop by when in the area.

Who would’ve though you would find a place like Blink Coffee in a tiny little Colorado mountain town like Mesa. Very good prices for excellent tea, coffee, sandwiches and snacks. Service is always excellent and friendly. Try the homemade ice cream sandwiches, a great deal at $ 2.50 and taste even better. Free WiFi is also offered. Blink coffee is a great place to stop on the way to or from camping on the Grand Mesa or a day of skiing at Powderhorn.

Without Blink, Mesa would just about die off. The general store across the street offers dusty camping fare, some frozen food, and a few DVD rentals. But if you actually want a tasty fresh sandwich, a coffee or tea beverage fancified to your desire, a pastry snack, or some good ol’ coke in a bottle, this is your place to go. They have a Farmers Market during the spring/summer on saturday mornings, which is a great reason to go into town, do a tad bit of shopping, and grab a drink. As mentioned before, their couches are super comfortable, and they don’t mind you holing up there for a few hours reading a book, using your computer or even using their laptop(!). «Don’t Blink or you’ll miss it!» They aren’t kidding. This really applies to the whole town of mesa, to be fair… But seriously, this place is worth a stop!

Very cute little coffee shop in Colorado’s mesa country! Delicious coffee(in compostable cups!) and a great outdoor seating area surrounded by a small garden. Try to snag a table in the shade on a hot summer day! Indoors were a few leather couches and chairs that looked brand new and very comfy, though I didn’t actually try them out myself. They have wifi as well. What a great asset to this town!

Cool place in the middle of no-where! I’m sure alot of their business if from the people driving to the mountains and back, but I would totally stop every time if I lived out there. There were nice couches and tables, many different types of coffees and teas, and some nice pastries and snacks. Cool little eclectic Coffee Shop! (they had a new green tea type coffee thing there. tried it, tasty!)

We were recently skiing out at Powderhorn Resort, and Blink Coffee became our daily après ski ritual! We stopped in for hot chocolate for the boys and yummy mochas with whipped cream(Shhh… don’t tell) for ourselves. Our boys also devoured the cookies and pastries, as well as a vanilla milk or two to go. The icing on the cake was that Blink offers free wireless internet so my husband and I were able to pull up a chair by the fire, put our feet up, and take a few minutes and synch up with the outside world. We’ll be back!
