I called around because I needed some stylish cowboy gear. They were really friendly over the phone and completely honest and upfront with their pricing. When I stopped down they had a good selection and they were bilingual which helped my gf because her English is no Bueno. I would highly recommend them!

I bought some color black-​Black jack brand boots and a 100x Larry Mahan hat. The total was 7 or 8 hundred dollars. I wore the boots once to a wedding and the paint was peeling off. I went back and talked to the owner. He said they weren’t going to sell that brand of boots anymore because of complaints which let me know he was aware of issues with these boots. He told me to leave them there and he would take them to the factory where they were made so they can be refinished. Two weeks later I picked them up and they looked fine. I wore them to a party and noticed the paint falling off and revealing the neutral color underneath. So I called the owner and told him I was coming in to show them to him. When I got there he wasn’t there so I explained to the cashier the situation. My money didn’t change color when I paid for this merchandise so it was there responsibility to own up to the situation and make this right. I didn’t get any where with the cashier so I ended up going to a shoe repair store on central and southern which did a good job and I haven’t had a problem with the color ever since. How can a little shop next to ranch market do what a factory couldn’t? I will say that I have purchased four pairs of alligator boots, two pitiado belts one was 700 the other was 800, several hats worth hundreds of dollars and had no issues with those. I let him know this when I went there but he didn’t care so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid businesses that take your hard earned money and don’t have an idea of what customer service means and don’t stand behind the product they sell.

I went into Botas Juarez today for the first time and I was blown away by their selection. I needed some boots and an outfit to go out country dancing with some friends, and I founded everything I needed. The employees are super attentive, kind and know about their merchandise. I’ve been to Sabas and Sheplers before, but not once have I had such an amazing experience. The store is HUGE, their selection is awesome, and the pair of boots that I wanted weren’t in stock, but they were nice enough to order them for me. They also had an entire wall dedicated to Levis and the prices are way better than Macy’s or Dillards. The manager lady was very helpful and I will definitely be returning! I highly recommend this place!!!

This place has everything you could ever want in authentic western wear, and I’ve never been to a retail store where the friendly staff will help you every step of the way. I went shopping for my dad and I was clueless. I showed them a few pictures and they picked out a few outfits and were so well informed on upscale cowboy hats! I was so impressed I picked out a few shirts for myself! The clothes there are so unique. I always get asked where I got them. They aren’t like other cookie cutter western stores in Arizona where you find the exact same clothes every time. Truly a Gem!!!

I found Botas Juarez by accident, I was lost. I pulled into a parking lot to enter different co-​ordinates in the GPS. I saw the store and decided to check it out. They have a good selection of all kinds of western wear. I bought some really nice outfits for my grandson (yes they even have kids sizes and a large selection of kids cowboy boots for the cowboy or cowgirl). I even found a nice selection of guayabera shirts. If you don’t mind buying your western boots «off the rack» instead of having a pair custom made, They have a great selection at good prices. I’m so glad to have found Botas Juarez. And yes, I entered its location on my GPS!!!

Great service, they offer a good layaway plan, great selection. I wish they had more womens boot options but they have what u need and that’s what matters. Really good customer service though. I had a good trip!
