These guys will rip you off. They make promises they don’t keep as it relates to your deposits. If you want to get your money you’re going to have to sue them. My recommendation don’t give them a dime take your money elsewhere.

Maintenance enters your apartment without calling, even when you asked to have them call first when you set up the work order. I get it, when there’s an emergency they not only have the right, they have the responsibility to enter your home unannounced. However when you put in the work order, and it’s not an emergency, and you ask that they only enter the home when you’re home, there’s absolutely no excuse. Additionally the woman in charge of the property (but rarely works at the property) is EXTREMELY rude. She will literally do the bare minimum her job requires just to get by.
Our upstairs neighbors are loud (yes, noise it to be expected but I’m pretty sure they like to play catch with bowling balls at 3 am) and their dog poops in front of our door. We have informed management on several occasions… but sadly we’ve never been able to TALK to management as they’re never in the office. All we can ever do is leave voice mail. So far it hasn’t been taken care of and just keeps piling up.
Additionally, the units are old. So is the plumbing and wiring. Half of the outlets are the wrong size (things fit very loosely if they fit at all) and on more than one occasion I’ve had to deal with small electrical fires in the kitchen.
If you need anything fixed, expect to wait. Several months ago a leak sprung above my bed. It took several calls to get it fixed. As far as I know they fixed it… but they still haven’t come inside to repair the damage on the inside of the ceiling.
I have lived in some crappy places and I can put up with a lot before I decide I’ve had enough (I stayed in a cockroach infested apartment for 2 years because I hate moving that much) and in this place I’m about to that point where I don’t care what it costs.
There is ONE saving grace. Ben (I think that’s his name, anyway. If your name isn’t Ben and you’re reading this, sorry!) in the office is always kind. He’s about the only one in the office that seems to ensure stuff gets done. If he wasn’t here I’d have packed up long ago.
