I took my car to let them fix the driver’s door lock about one year ago. During this one year, the problem came back and forth — sometimes it could lock but sometimes it still could not. I decided to take my car back to them until the lock was completely dead again. When I went to pick up my car, they asked me for the labor fee. I definitely don’t think I’m responsible for that. Will any business ask a customer to pay for something they didn’t fix at the beginning? Does it make sense that you go to fix your door lock every year and you keep paying? Finally they didn’t charge me. The guy«wished» me to find someone else to take care of my car. Thank you! That’s exactly what I’d like to tell you.

For over 25 years Bryan’s Auto has continued to earn our complete trust and we continue to send our friends, clients, family members(including in-laws) there. Honesty, integrity, quality, customer service are as good as it gets. Pricing is fair and explained well. They have helped with everything from helping keep some old & high mileage cars on the road when I could not afford to replace them to repairs, a/c and maintenance on my newer cars. We live near Higley & Pecos and it is worth the drive. They have worked very well with my 3rd party extended warranty. We started as clients and have become friends and have had the pleasure of getting to know three generations of the Bryan family. Greg & Liz Land
