This review with 4 stars because I needed to make an extra trip to get a problem fixed that was missed first time around. The main thing is I want this really good little shop to make a go of it. They did fine once we got my WiFi working. I think they did not test it well enough ‘out the door’.

I heard about BYTS from a friend who was very satisfied. I’m so glad I went there. I brought in my desktop as it was on its last legs but I wanted them to check it out. Hard drive was going and it wouldn’t have been worth saving. I had brought my laptop in and they copied everything over and made sure all was okay. I am so happy with their knowledge, friendliness and how fast they got it back to me. I had a question a couple days after and brought in laptop and they installed a new software for me to open some old saved emails which were not supported by Outlook with no charge, as well as answer a couple questions for me. I will definitely go back anytime I need to. Thank you Nem!

These people are the best. Found them on Unilocal and communicated by email. They were immediately responsive. I had paper jammed in my printer. I had gotten most of it out but couldn’t find the small corner of paper still jammed. They explained they don’t repair printers but offered to take a look at it. They fixed the problem while I was there. If I ever have a computer problem I’ll go there as they are knowledgeable, friendly, and most economical.

Great service very knowledgable and very reasonable price. I had my Dell Inspiron 7548 hard drive cloned and upgraded to a samsung 850 EVO 500gb SSD and it is the fastest cpu I have ever had. Highly recommend there services and would definitely go back for further upgrades or repairs.

My wireless stopped working completely. This has been an ongoing battle to keep the connection. I’ve had others look at it but they couldn’t figure out the problem.
I arranged for a home visit and he was right on time (and that is usually rare with home services). He was polite, listened to my lengthy non-​technical story AND fixed it. They’re were also a few quirky things going on with my pc that he fixed.
Everything was fixed in less than an hour. Charges were extremely reasonable. Ive paid a lot more when I had to bring the PC in at other companies. I was very happy with the entire experience.
I highly recommend if you want service done fast and right the first time.

Gordon Flanary at BYTS is an honest, hard working and fair business man. I continue to be impressed with the service I have received at BYTS. Gordon assisted me in cleaning up my laptop, and then later recommending a new computer, followed by transferring all data and setting it up. This week he spent a day remotely cleaning up a virus on my computer working around my schedule. His prices are reasonable and the work outstanding! I highly recommend Gordon at BYTS!
