We were having a lot of problems with our pool water and my contractor, Presidential Pools, recommended Cactus Valley. I had been using Leslie’s to test my water and attempt to get things in balance, but to no avail over 5 weeks. Cactus Valley diagnosed my problem and had my water healthy again in just 4 days.

OK, so making some repairs and adjustments to a pool and it’s systems might not be most impressive thing to brag about but when my pool expertise was limited to putting the umbrella down and making sure no one brings glass near the water.
Having moved in to our new home with a sparkling pool (about six weeks ago) I soon realized that the creepy crawly cleaner «thingy» (and yes, Bill, says that IS the technical term for it) wasn’t moving at all during it’s nighttime program. This must be a simple enough «fix» since many, well… less than «bright crayon people» I know, fix and maintain their own pools.
So, poor Bill, not knowing I was going to be his twice daily visitor for a week, has been patient, educational and thorough in his diagnosis and DIY repair approach for my pool follies! I never felt like he was trying to sell me and if anything, talked me out of spending money on things I didn’t need or helped me find less expensive solutions.
Businesses like these are too few and too far between and I’m excited to support and recommend Cactus Valley Pool Supply!
After almost six weeks of a non-​working cleaning system, it wasn’t a pool… it was a pond. But for now, I think my pool is fixed and the dog can go swimming again! Good times — GREAT business!

Arizona hosts a special climate for pools & hot tubs, and the monsoon season can wreak havoc on them. Likewise, the equipment takes a beating, and naturally have a shorter life than pools in other demographics. So it’s important to have a place that carries the right chemicals, parts, and equipment that are best suited for the area!
Other, larger stores (corporate) overlook the special needs Arizona pools require, and want to sell you stuff that treat pools in a very standard way. Cactus Valley is different… and they belong here because of it! (For example — It’s really nice to know that I can pop in and pick up a refurbished Hayward about every 18 to 24 months… complete with warrantee!)

Cactus Valley Pools has been helpful, informative, and even services our equipment that we bring into the shop.
They will check your water free and tell you what chemicals and how much to put in. The best part is the last 3 times I brought my water sample up to be tested, they were no problems at all!
Over all we are very happy here and hope that business here continues the same way.
