Caliber Carpet Cleaning

This is the 2^nd time we had this company do our caroets, they did a great job both times, brady somehow got all the stains up, and they are affordable, I will continue using them.

I was surprised by this company. From the reviews here and speaking with them on the phone; I really expected a much better job. I had some worry-​some dog spots and we talked about them before the cleaning. He did do a really great job on the dog spot, however, he ignored the rest of the room. My bed is about 4 –5 feet from the wall, but cannot be seen from the doorway. After the job was done and we were talking about it, I had no way of seeing that area of the room. The night before, I had dropped two remotes on that carpet and when the carpet was dry and I could see it, those remotes had never been touched. Either he cleaned over the remote or just didn’t do that side of the room. I asked him why the area by my bed was still so dirty. Pfft. he didn’t do that either. The other small carpeted room that he cleaned had a blue stain. When he left, the stain was lighter in color but was also about 5 times the size. He told me all my concerns would go away when the carpet dried and I vacuumed it. I cannot believe I believed them! It was almost worse before they came. These are the last folks I’d use again.
