Campbell Chiropractic Center

Been a patient of Campbell about 30 years my entire family has been to visit. Todays disturbing call from Jolene the Massage Therapist really left me baffled. I have been seeing Jolene for about 15 years. Today she was running behind schedule, nothing unusual it happens all the time. But today I had another appointment, I politely told the girls at the desk I was sorry but I couldnt wait for Jolene I had another appointment this was at about 10minutes after 10am. My appointment was for 10am, I was not angry or made, I just couldnt wait.
Well at about 1230pm my phone rang it was Jolene, I told her I was so sorry I couldnt wait today, then the girl ripped into me. «I DONT FEEL YOU RESPECT ME OR MY TIME «now wait a minute I was the one waiting past my appointment time I am thinking this I didnt say anything I was stunned. Then came the blow «YOU ARE NO LONGER WELCOME IN THIS OFFICE, You have no respect for me «Wow I never would have seen that coming. This office always came off as sweet and caring. Now I am banished from the office our 30 yr relationship is over.
I spent 100’s of dollars per month over 15 years and thought we had a relationship guess not.
There are plenty of fish in the sea. Merry Christmas Jolene !

I’ve been seeing Dr. Campbell for many years and he’s wonderful! I had severe neck problems and he’s fixed me right up. The staff are all very friendly and the office has a «homey» and warm feeling to it.
