Do NOT. I repeat DONOT take your clothes here. They ruined my Burberry coat and All Saints coat. I’ve had to drive back and forth with them over 5 times and the issue is STILL not resolved and my coats are still in unacceptable condition. Needless to say this is the most horrific service and experience I have ever had at ANY establishment. If you have something nice you want to keep, do NOT take it here. I’m so upset with this place. I seriously do not wish this on anyone. Don’t. Come. Here. Found out they have changed management since the better reviews that others posted from awhile ago. It explains their horrific job.

This place is outstanding. I took 2 new years dresses for cleaning 1 for repair. The repair and cleaning was finished in 2 days. Very satisfied with the repair the dress sparkled and it looked new again and wore that dress New Years Eve to the Gala Ball held on Catalina Island. My other dress had numerous stains that were over 5 years old and the dress had sparkles on it too. When I picked up I didn’t even recognize it because it had all stains removed and the dress looked close to new again(dress 10 years old). Highly recommend this place for cleaning and repair worth every penny.

Great laundry! Airy and clean facility. Friendly informative staff. Took my shirts and dry cleaning their based on their Unilocal reviews and calling them for more info. I wasn’t disappointed. Their prices are very moderate: not the cheapest, but far from the most expensive. They answered my questions by phone before I brought in my shirts about price and turn-around time. I’ll be taking my laundry and dry cleaning to them from now on!

Those of you who have had your wedding gowns«preserved» here might want to go ahead and open those boxes and see what you ACTUALLY paid for! Right after my wedding, more than 2 months ago, I dropped my dress off to be preserved. It was shipped off to their location that actually performs this service. I was told that I would be contacted in roughly two weeks to approve the condition of my dress. This call never came. No one returned my calls. They now have my $ 165.00 and my precious wedding gown. Fast foward to the end of December. Still nothing. I call. I stop in. No one knows where it is. Good thing I have all of my receipts. I get sent from location to location. Chaos. The store that actually did have it spent forever trying to locate it. Once they finally did find it, they inform me they had set it aside because it is a «blingy» wedding dress so they can’t clean it and someone should have called me. Round and round we go. No, no one called me, obviously. I would have been here before the end of December but why do you advertise the cleaning and preservation of wedding dresses if basic lace and embroidery throws you into a panic? You clearly shouldn’t be servicing wedding gowns and aren’t able to do so. I want my money and my dress back. At that point, there is a great deal of back and forth about how the real charge only should have been $ 60 dollars not $ 165 because they do not actually clean wedding gowns but she can spot clean my gown and preserve it and will do so for free, after refunding my money. Cool. I’m happy. I’m thinking that they’re trying to make this right. I’m probably never, ever coming back but I will give them a chance to make it right. I come back to pick up my dress and once again, no one knows what they’re doing. No one can find my dress. Ridiculous. After a good 20 minutes of nonsense and a lot of upset on my part, I get a closed and taped up box that is allegedly my dress. They tell me I can’t open it all to check. Again, you don’t even know what you’re talking about because inside the box is another box and that box has a window. I’m supposed to just trust YOU people to have the correct gown at this point? I see that it’s my gown just wrapped in tissue paper and in no way sealed or preserved or protected. I used to work in formal wear. I can assure you, this is not proper sealing. Packing tape and cardboard is not a seal from the elements. Not even when you use two boxes. My dress actually has stains on it that it never had on it when I dropped it off. I hope some wonderful Unilocalers out there can point me to someone in the East Valley who actually knows what they’re doing.

I leaned against some sort of BBQ contraption and got a bunch of black grease on my favorite Robert Graham shirt(around $ 100). Based on their current Unilocal reviews and I liked the couple in the picture, I called them and they said I should talk to Candi. So I went in and asked for Candi which is something I normally do not do, being diabetic and all and it not being Halloween yet. Candi gave me a very realistic expectation saying she’d do her best but it would probably not come out completely. When I picked it up is was way better than I expected and is barely noticeable. This shirt will last me many more years unless next time I lean against an actual fire.

OMG they are the best. I had an emergency situation where I needed my husbands dress shirt done for a funeral. They got it done in record time. Friendly, honest and I know they valued my business. I am a first time customer and I will bring all of my dry cleaning needs to Careful Cleaners! Awesome prices but the service is phenomenal. To me that’s more valuable! I’m spreading the word. Use these guys!!!

Not bad. They open early and are very friendly. A little pricey but my garments such as slacks and vest come out perfect. I haven’t brought my jacket yet but I’m sure they’ll do fine. Would be nice if Unilocal users got at least a 50 cent discount per garment. We do drive you more business.

Many thanks to Mike and his gang! I had a rush alteration that his seamstress Kim did perfectly for me. A four hour turnaround that include alterations, pressing and removing a spot I didnt know about… all of my dry cleaning will go to them from here on out!

My fiancé went to dry-clean some shirts and I went in for alterations and cleaning of a silk dress. It must have been the owner I was talking to. He was beyond nice and helpful! He discovered my dress could not be dry-cleaned and instead took ten minutes telling me how I could get the stains out at home with household products. He also referred me to another lady for alterations because they were a little bit complicated. True customer service.

I have been coming here for about 5 years now. It changed hands a while ago and the new owners are fantastic. I have no complaints. The price for most dry cleaning is $ 3.25 while the price keeps creeping up, it is still under most places for price. And the quality is always great. I am always happy with how my clothes turn out.

Decided to give these guys another try, hoping that the customer service at this location was better than the Signal Butte store. I really don’t have a problem with the job they do, just the customer service at the Signal Butte location is HORRIBLE! Went to pick up my clothes from this location and low and behold, two of the employees from Signal Butte were there! Oh well, the search for a new drycleaner is on!

I am very picky about dry cleaners and am always trying new ones. Careful cleaners I keep going back to even thought it is about 20 minutes from my house. The owner actually works there at times and is very nice. The other staff are all very helpful and my clothes come back looking great. They are quick and reasonably priced. $ 2.75 for most clothes. The girl working there even showed me the difference between laundered and dry clean and showed me examples. Very nice staff, good service, clothes come back great!
