Scott with Carpet Direct was wonderful. He made the process of picking out our laminate flooring much easier than I’d imagined. The installers that he referred to us, did a beautiful job. Everyone that comes to our house now keeps oooohhhhing and ahhhhing over the floors! Thank you Scott!

Great experience from beginning to end! I think Scott was a little surprised by the complexity of our order — different colors in every bedroom, but he took the time to go through options and make a couple of extra visits with different sample boards to find carpet we would be happy with.
I loved the convenience of shopping for carpet from home — with samples to hold against our paint and furnishings. Scott did a great job of explaining the process and following through from order to installation.
The installation crew was great! Totally worth a little extra spent to have them move the heavy furniture — they were professional and careful with everything. 7 carpet colors and one room in wood… and it all looks GREAT!

We had Scott install new wood tiles and carpeting in our Sunland Village home and they are awesome! We will definitely have him back whenever the need arises. Great experience with sales and installation. Definite 2 thumbs up!
