My daughter ordered flowers for my birthday, she lives in Canada and didn’t know the florist but assumed it would ok since it is a FTD Florist. I received the flowers on time and it was a nice arrangement, however my daughter had also apparently also paid for a box of chocolates to be included which was never received. She phoned the florist a few times and was promised they would be delivered and still not received.

Absolutely HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE. Do not use these people. After taking the order, and confirming delivery address, 4 hours later the company calls me to say that I have to drive to Queen Creek from Scottsdale to pick up the flowers. She then stated that I should take it or leave. Very RUDE, and then hung up on me. You can get flowers anywhere, why would a company treat anyone this way. Bottom line… the girl that runs this store is the worst I have ever seen. DONOTSHOPHERE!!!

Ordered a corsage for my grandmother for Mother’s Day and had it delivered to my house. It was delivered this afternoon and since nobody was home the driver called to let me know that she tied it to the door handle so it wouldn’t blow away since it was so windy. I found that to be very courteous. The corsage itself is BEAUTIFUL and exceeded my expectations. Blush colored rose, white orchid and a small light purple filler flower that was the perfect combination. I am very happy with my first purchase!

My, my, my, my… where do I begin?! Okay, here’s what went down: I ordered flowers for my boss for Bosses Day on Thursday. I ordered through an online company and they use this florist. The ONLY way I knew that is because the driver called me because he was lost. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise, so I gave the company my number when they asked for«a» number. Anyway, the flowers did not arrive when they were supposed to arrive. However, I did confirm to the driver that he had the correct address. To make a long story short, by Friday evening they were still not delivered. I was having Happy Hour with my husband and it was only then, when I was sitting there venting to my husband how upset I was(putting it mildly), that I realized I could call the number from the night before. I did and the driver told me the name of the florist he worked for… Catherine’s Floral. I called the shop and told them my dilemma. She asked me if I gave the driver the number of my boss. «NO, it was supposed to be a surprise.» I replied. She said something like, «Do you know where this is? Are you familiar with this area?» To which I replied that I was not. She proceeded to tell me that they need the number of the recipient to call for directions. I asked her in a very puzzled, but frustrated voice tone.(.Actually it was more like a statement rather than a question), isn’t that THEIRJOB, to DELIVER flowers. And if that is the service they provide, shouldn’t THEY know how to reach places they are not familiar with. Like maybe use a GPS or something fancy like that.(gawd!!!)The woman did not even process what I said. Nothing. Seriously, I really hate to use this word, but she seemed totally ignorant and oblivious to the problem. She was focused on the fact that I did not give them the number of the recipient. She just kept going on and on about nothing. So, having already spent $ 50, with not a thing to show, I gave her the number. I decided to drop it and hopefully my boss would get something. Well she did… it was NOTHING like what I ordered. They looked like flowers you pay $ 8 for at the grocery store tied with a pitiful navy ribbon. If you have any sense, you will NOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHISPITIFULSHOP.(I don’t even know if it’s a real shop.) It was the most unprofessional conversation I have ever had. And I’ve been to third world countries. So, save your money, time and emotions.

Please don’t waste your money here. A friend ordered me flowers from here last Wednesday that were supposed to be at my office before they closed. They were late, and luckily the last person to leave the office was able to sign for them. When I got into the office at 6:30am on Thursday, the flowers were already dead. I called the flower shop twice, trying to explain what happened and what the flowers were for. I was told I would get a call back on Thursday, but no one called. I called again Friday and was told again I’d get a call back, I didn’t so I called later that afternoon and spoke with a young girl that told me must have been talking to the answering service. I explained again what the flowers were for and that I was hoping to take them to moms memorial service with the rest of the flowers we received. The girl said that it was too late in the day to deliver them to my office, but asked of we could do Saturday delivery at my house, which is approximately 10 miles from the flower shop. I agreed with the knowledge they would be here no later than noon, because services started at 1pm. At 1230pm on Saturday I called again. The lady that answered put my on hold and when she came back to the line she stated the drivers were out and that they knew that I needed the flowers. I told her to cancel the order. I didn’t want to contact my friend to let them know how bad the flowers were, but I will now– I hope she gets her money back. Please do not use this flower shop.

Horrible! I ordered flowers through Teleflora for my mom for Mother’s Day and this was florist that delivered the flowers. Absolutely ridiculous, they did not deliver what I ordered. My mom called them to inquire and the lady that answered knowingly said it was not the right arrangement. They sent out a replacement and still not what I ordered! I would not recommend this place.

I quickly became skeptical after I had placed my order and THEN looked at the reviews — I thought«oh-no this is not going to be good». I hate reading negative reviews, but have learned over-time that people generally only have something to say when they are groveling, while the ones who are satisfied usually don’t leave feedback. INANYCASE, while I did have some complications with the call forwarding service because their line was inundated with calls with folks calling in Mother’s Day orders — the did promptly call me back to clarify a few things. In the end, Catherine and her team of florists over-delivered for both my wife and daughters Mother’s Day! They were all very professional, creative, accommodating, and the delivery was lightning fast — on a holiday at that. Simply 5-Stars — Amazing — AAA+++ This was my first order with Catherine’s Floral and it will not be my last — they have earned my loyalty!

Do not go here. Stay away. The business has moved several times and has gone by several different names. The owner has a bad reputation for being horrible to deal with. She screams at her customers and hangs up on callers who dare try to explain themselves to her. Whether it is a wedding or a funeral, she does not care about your wants, needs or feelings. She makes people cry and regret spending their money. It is almost as if she feels like she is entitled to your money. Her flowers are delivered several days late– even if you order a week ahead of time! Flowers are overpriced– 60 dollars for four roses and a few flowers that come in a plastic vase! The flowers look old, discolored, dying, smashed and torn. And they are tossed at your door with all of the water spilled out. They are a bad service with a bad attitude. They lie. And when they get found out, they go wild. And when you politely ask them to listen to your concerns about your purchase, they scream that you are not allowed an opinion of your own and point their fingers at everyone else. Just look for yourself, there are many bad reviews for her business all over the internet. Search around a little bit and you will see. Unless they have been deleted or hidden.. . All of their good reviews are fake. You’re better off buying flowers at your local grocery. Do not go here.
