On Christmas eve 2012 I visited the location in mesa az in the fiesta mall, after standing in line for 15 minutes and reaching the front I ordered one cinnabon, I was told by the employee that they where only selling packs, I became really frustrated because there was no sign posted of this and no announcement was made, I asked the manager to sell me just one cinnabon but she refused even though I had been craving one for quite a while, the employees at this store were rude and slow moving. Maybe this store should have been included in the episode of undercover boss, because it does not operate well. I hope you can do something so that you do not loose me as a customer. The chandler mall location was great to bad it closed down.
