Click a Pic broke our contract and will not return our phone calls!
My fiancé and I won 2 hours free for a photo booth rental from the bridal expo and purchased an additional hour from them. They were easy to work with and to pick out the background for the photo strips.
BUT! on the night of the wedding the owner de
cided we were getting too good of a deal and did not allow the worker to bring the photo book, so our guests could not put there photo strip in the book and write something to us. We have a contract that says they would include a photo book with markers. The agreement also says they would include double prints, so I asked the worker for duplicates of all the pictures taken so we could put a scrapbook together ourselves and he said no, that each guest would have to ask for them.
What a huge let down we really wanted a scrap book of all of our friends and families pictures with messages from them. We called Click a pic and asked what happened to the scrap book and they said sorry and offered us a scrap book. We said no! We asked to talk to the owner but he is never available and won’t return any of our calls. Now they stopped answering our calls.
