ICE CREAM!!! What more can I say… well, it is a beautiful store and very clean. Staff was helpful, offering samples and suggestions when asked. They offer a variety of ice cream flavors and candy combinations. Moderate price range, but we’ll worth the money. Like it, love it, gotta have it; take your pick.

New ownership is awesome. Store has excellent customer service and the ice cream is a must have. They are creative signature items and also every customer can make their own. Will be back again!

We love Cold Stone. It’s my favorite ice cream. I get the like it sized cones and create your own bowls. We got our ice cream creation in 5 minutes flat. The servers were polite and courteous. As for the previous review, I’m sure the server in that one doesn’t work there anymore.

Horrible customer service! I went in on Tues and the special was buy one kid’s ice cream get one free. I bought three and paid for them. While I was eating I was thinking about the price I paid and realized that I was charged too much. I went up to the cashier and asked if I was charged for three and she confirmed it. I said that one of them should have been free. She said that the can’t adjust anything that it was already rang up and that I should have said something before she rang it up. I was shocked that she made the mistake and I was being blamed. She told me again that there wasn’t anything she could do and I could call her manager. Then she decided that she could «maybe» give me one free one. I said that if that was the case I should get three free ones since I paid for three. Finally she decided to call the manager/​owner herself. She said that her manager said it was ok, but «only this time»… like this was again somehow my fault and they were doing me a huge favor. I definately would not come here again or recommend it to anyone!
