went in for a hair cut and got treated like a queen. love my cut and new color!

Went in for a simple «bob» haircut. Walked out with an «everything is even length» haircut. I also showed a photo of exactly what I wanted. 10 inches gone and I want to cry. Giving a 2 star review instead of a 1 star due to the fact the employees were very pleasant and friendly.

7÷29÷14 tried to get a haircut for my husband and myself. Another girl was getting off duty and offered to stay and help us. The girl told her NO. We were told it would be 30 – 45 minutes wait… we waited over 30 minutes when we were told she wouldn’t get to us… waste of our time. She treated us horribly!!! I went back today knowing she would not be there since she closed last night. I spoke to a girl and that girl told me to contact corporate which I did… 7÷30÷14 girl CHRISTY was so much kinder and personable… obviously Ashley wanted to close and leave last night… BEWARE!!! She is moving to another location… hope you do not get her!!! I doubt that either of us will return…
