Costco

This is my home Costco. And I love it!!! But go early or late in the winter because it gets over run by winter visitors! And taking your kids with you is a bit chaotic! But we love summer trips there & it’s the best place to feed your family for $ 10!!! Or grab a yummy treat!

I am an Executive member and I was SHOCKED as I watched the lady who was boxing and stuff thyroid things and handle my produce and boxed goods with total disregard for bruising and damage. Generally I tolerate the crowds and lack of customer service because they have quality products and that’s the reason I’m giving two stars not just one

I have discovered an item was missing when I got home. It was $ 15 worth so I called the store and was told it wasn’t left at the register. When i went shopping few days later, I have checked with the store and store manage has confirmed it wasn’t there. It is one of those things that you just hate to ask but I’m glad I did because the store manager had given me the item. Costco is known for superior customer service and this Costco gets all 5 stars! This store is always crowded but you will be in and out quickly.

Great Costco. But, lots of old people chomping at the bit to get their hands on samples. Almost saw a fight between two guys in their 70s. Entertaining location otherwise.

I love Costco. Great food. great friends. Great bargains. I get 3 hot dogs, a chicken bake, 2 slices of pizza, and a smoothie every time I come here just for my self and I love it. It’s super cheap too. If you’re looking to get lost in a store and walk around for hours trying samples of food that you would never buy, this is your place. This is the Disneyland for moms.
My favorite thing I’ve bought here are my Hanes underwear. They fit very nicely and really support me in all my daily and nightly activities!

This is the first place I go shopping and then if it’s not here then I’ll go find it somewhere else I don’t know how you can give him anything less than five stars the Costco of the prices the service it’s the best

The ultimate in bulk. I went Thursday evening and it was jam packed. I took my sweet time going down every aisle, and reading labels with my VERY active 7 year old to wear him out. The lines were long, but moved very fast. Sat down afterwards to feed my Costco dog addiction, and people watch. It was fun for us both. The only gripe I had was people taking my cart. It happened twice. Luckily both times there was only one or two things in it. Still annoying, but that in no way reflects badly on Costcos part. We’ll definitely be back.

COSTCO & MICHELIN!
The four Michelin tires that Costco put on our Toyota Tundra truck in the year 2010 have surpassed their 70,000-mile tread wear warranty. The performance of these tires has been outstanding. Never so much as a flat! The 2001 Tundra had 120,000 miles when we bought those tires and it now has 198,000 miles with two of the four tires showing enough tread wear to indicate it’s time for new tires. If we had been a bit more meticulous in tire rotation (which is free at Costco, for the life of tires purchased there) we probably could have got another 10,000 miles from these Michelins. The courtesy and the service at the Sossaman Costco tire and battery department in East Mesa, Az has been superb, I might add.

How have I not left a review here yet?! Costco is what it is, but I love it! I can’t put my finger on the reason why though. Could it be their famously lower than normal prices for high quality things, their free samples that you can make a meal of if you time it right, great customer service or good/​cheap food at their food court? So hard to choose. It might be because it’s one of the few parking lots I can leave my car and not worry about a door ding since they actually have adequate spacing between spots. Who knows what makes a warehouse magical? But every time I’m pulling in to the parking lot with my toddler and she sees their sign she yells, «COSTCO!!! Can I get some pizza?»

It’s a Costco, just like every other Costco, you know pop in for some toilet paper, leave spending $ 500.
Beware, time your visit to this store accordingly, during the winter this particular location gets swarmed by snowbirds and Canadians, I like to go after it’s dark out and most of the old timers are at home.

This Costco Optical center is the absolute worst.
1) I go in to order glasses. I like to wear big frames but the worker said they fit my face and went ahead and ordered them. When I went to pick them up they were not even CLOSE to the correct prescription.
2) I go in to return the glasses and it takes me about 45 – 60 minutes to get the woman helping me to believe I wasn’t lying. After all that they manage to return my money to me.
3) They did not retune my vision benefits after all that, and I had to call and be put on hold for another 45 minutes while my insurance tried to re-​explain Costco’s own mistake to them.
4) Benefits restored, I went back to Costco today to buy THE SAME glasses that I had already ordered and the lady there wouldn’t sell them to me! She said they would never work on my face and would be too heavy.
This place is a mess, I have never had such problems at any other Costco.

Worst Costco EVER!
Severely limited capacity of customer service. So disappointing for what usually is great. On a recent visit, I was making an inquiry of a supervisor when he just walked away completely uninterested in hearing my inquiry.

Worst and most mismanaged Costco in the company. I had an eye dr appt and after waiting for 45 minutes and being ignored, I finally walked out. Another customer who arrived THIRTY minutes after me was served before me. Then a second customer who arrived FORTY FIVE minutes after me was also served before me. I was there 45 min, he was there a total of 3 minutes and he was already in the exam room. That’s when I walked out.
Costco recognized their system is broke and they were looking to make changes to prevent this. I won’t ever be back.

My wife and I are very pleased with this Costco. It has the most helpful cashiers of any food store we’ve ever been to, regular, specialty, or wholesale.
We are extremely happy with the savings of buying in bulk. We are happy to do this here. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Organic avocado oil, coconut oil, spinach kale blueberries. Wild caught canned salmon and frozen organic berries. Kerrygold irish butter these are some of my favorite things.

Standard Costco. Hamburger, cheese and soda are the big things we get here. Being just the two of us, much else in bulk is silly/​wasteful. I appreciate that the food on the way out (pizza, dogs, etc) now takes debit card. Finally! Gas is cheap here too!

We come to this Costco at least once a week. Usually like to get something to eat at the food court. Lately, the place has been a mess! Dirty tables, the soda station and where you get condiments looks like a bomb went off!
Today, not only is it a mess, but they seem very disorganized too. What’s up Costco?

Excellent Service that’d you’d expect from any Costco.
The only reason I gave this location 4 stars was because of the location.
Clean, good variety, friendly staff. Oh ha and the chewing ice machine is a plus!!! I love chewing ice!
This isn’t my home location since its further away from me but I like to go here occasionally

In our quest to visit every Costco in this great land, our travels too us to this locale — courtesy of my grandparents.
Standard Costco with quality items and a great selection. The food court here is quite large and they attempt to corral everyone with floor lanes. Given the average age of those in the store was greater than 70, the lanes were felt to be more of a loose suggestion than anything else. This greater than normal age also led to one of the funnier things we’ve seen in a long time — passive aggressive/​relentless customer when it came to samples. I’ve never seen so many grandparents hounding sample givers with gems like, «I’ve been around 3 times, doesn’t seem like yogurt should take this long» or «You told me it would be 5 minutes, it’s been 3, but you should have more».
In the defense of every geriatrician present, the sample folks took their sweet time — largely because many patrons would take a handful of whatever was being served.
Either way, you’ll always find for than you need or plan to grab, and you’ll probably find something that makes life better!

Seriously who doesn’t love Costco! You can never leave without spending at lease $ 100, but it’s always a fun trip. I am always amazed at the large product section, I have never been disappointed in my fruits/​veggie purchases. (I am slightly addicted to the red seedless grapes, YUMMY!) I like the sampling too, it’s always nice to know you are going to like a product you are purchasing in large quantities.
I really like this location, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s very rare there isn’t tons of folks shopping so be prepared to stand in line when you check-​out.
