Clean, comfortable, quiet hotel. Target, Walmart and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. They also have a bistro in lobby that serves delicious breakfasts.

Just opened in late 2015, this is a brand new hotel. And it seems to be unfinished. The rooms are basic. So basic that there are plain. There is no artwork, or even decorations other than the wall paper installed during construction. But the sheets are clean, the paint is new, and it is convenient to Mesa Gateway Airport. It’s a good place to stay if you’re aircrew. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and even golf nearby. I expect this hotel will improve as time passes. Until then it gets only three stars.
