I volunteered here and I would say I appreciate the work of the staffs here. I was on memory floor(3 and 4). I spent a good 8 hours per day here. Throughout the day, the residents usually have breakfast, sit and watch TV, have lunch, sit and watch TV, then have dinner, and then sit and watch TV some more. There isn’t much stimulation going on for these residents, which I don’t think it’s good for their memory loss conditions. Some residents(2 – 3 per floor) get taken out to lunch, and some get taken out for a walk to local businesses. It sounds like the resident from other floors like this place. I’ve eating the food here and they were pretty good. There is housekeeping. Just to be fair, if you’re complaining about how bad the place is… You must be doing a better job. So why not do it yourself?

New review I chose Courtyard Towers for my mother after an extensive search. I found it to have friendly staff, lovely grounds, nice rooms, good food, many activities, etc. Unfortunately, shortly after getting my mother moved in problems began in the area of communication. The staff was eager to say whatever they thought I wanted to hear but were completely inept at following through. I have too many stories of poor service to even list here. In the end they completely let me down in the care of my mother and I feel that they actually hastened her death.

I would give it a zero if possible. If you want peace of mind and your loved one taken care of, look elsewhere. Very poor service and getting worse. To much competition to settle for this place.
