I inquired to get my carpets cleaned a few years back but ultimately decided not to use them. They continually harass me with phone calls to schedule cleaning. Very annoying to see their calls, which I have auto-​reject turned on for, but they leave voicemail every time. Looking at the other comments, this is definitely a trend. I understand keeping a database of potential clients, but if you don’t get them within the first year, do NOT continue to cal for years.

Trusted them to make my tile grout clean, and $ 210 later, Kyle, the technician argued with me, because I was not happy with the end result… it still looked dirty, but that was my tough luck.
Had a referral for them, if the work was good AND if they discounted me on the job… but they told me, «they send you a check after the referral work is done… Screw you no referral.
The owner has not come back to fix it… what a ripoff… your prices are Beverly Hills, for South Cental work… I am sick of shoddy work in Arizona!!!
Stay away from this company…
PS also met them at Pet Expo but wouldn’t give me the15% off after harassing me on the phone… liars!!!

This company is so desperate for clients that it will harass and call you constantly even without your approval. At a recent Pet expo, we filled out a contest card to win a free cleaning. The entry form said nothing about calling me after I don’t win (if there actually was a contest). Two voicemail’s from Jason later, I called and harassed them and the whiny woman who answered the phone admitted that there was no writing on the form that said you opted in to be called. She took the brunt of my anger, but when you work for a lowlife company like Coyote — tough break hun.

Coyote Carpet and Tile is terrific! I had my carpets and tile cleaned just before I moved in. The other company did such a terrible job, but I couldn’t justify spending the money to have them cleaned again. Finally enough time had passed and I called Coyote carpet, because they were recommended by To Fix It and had a satisfaction guarantee. Tom arrived on time and prepared. He did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet and tile. It looks better than ever and I’m especially happy with how great the tile looks. I’ve been scrubbing tile by hand since I moved in, trying to get out years of grime. I’m happy that I won’t have to do that any longer. Tom was very thorough. The cost was about half of some of the big name companies you hear advertising and they came out the day after I placed the call. Other companies couldn’t even come to give a quote for a week. I will definitely call Coyote the next time i need my carpet and tile cleaned.

So, the carpets looked pretty good when Coyote was done. Now I don’t have to explain what the biohazard spot is to the landlord (because Coyote got it out!) And thankfully, we managed to make it out of the apartment before anyone managed to spew (unfortunately for our new place. We have been here 3 weeks and already have reached superfund status with the EPA).
The tech was personable, but kept talking about some acid that every stain had in it that would prevent him from getting the stain out. Every stain, no matter the source, had it, and it sort of sounded like bunk. But really, who cares if they get the carpet clean? And so, the carpets are clean and everyone is happy. All is right with the world.
