I have never been so disgusted with a hotel. I thought a days inn would have to stand up to standards but this place does not. First off, the smell of the room was so horrendous — like musk and cats. They however assured me that cats are not allowed in these rooms and would not change my room. I then went to wash my hands and as I was picking up the towel there were strands of brown hair(mine is black) and stains of sorts. I quickly ran to the Walmart to buy some towels. I decided to suck it up and spend the night and when I looked up at the ceiling the fire alarm was hanging down — highly doubt it’s even functional. The shower was disgusting as well and I just accepted it when I noticed that things were not firmly attached to the wall.

Hotel price was great! Service however was lacking. The coffee maker in my room still had coffee from the last person in it that smelled quite bad. Also, the«breakfast» is comprised of much less than usual. Instead of a waffle maker and the usual stuff, they had bread with no toaster, mini donuts, and mini muffins.

Totally wish I could give them more stars. but… Checked in around 8pm– front desk girl was really nice. Lobby is a bit dated, no biggie because it was pretty clean. Got to room 218… Oh my… Walked in and noticed the stains on the carpet and the door jambs were very dirty, like the room has not been scrubbed down in years. and people with really dirty hands do not know how to keep their hands off the walls and door jambs… anyway… Went to close the curtains, and noticed the curtains were kinda burnt or something at the bottom. but upon closer inspection, noticed a cream colored stain all along the bottom… like some sort of «liquid» stain as it had the properties of running and bleeding… Anyway, went in to the bathroom and noticed that the edge of the tub had a weird grey splotching on it(possible mold stain?) The shower was pretty clean, but again, the door jamb had some funky stains on it. and splatter marks from«something»… The toilet was loose. ITWASNOTBOLTED to the floor. So, it was a rockin’ and-a rollin’ everytime we «went»… and the toilet was right next to the shower and made for a very crampy ‘experience’. There was a hole in the cieling where I think a fire alarm should have been. The TV was very old and dated and the reception was not that good. There was a mini fridge in the room, that worked well. The sink area was clean. They provided a few mini bars of soap and shampoo and conditioner… there was coffee and a pot, but we did not use this. All of our towels were clean. The«large» towel was big enough to wrap your hair in. There were no bath sheets provided. They smelled a bit of bleach, which was a good thing!!! Put on our PJs and went to get into bed… I pulled back my bedspread and there was red(what I hope to be) marker pen on the flip side. OMG, I pulled the spread off and just left it on the floor the whole time. Between the two beds,(again hoping I’m right) there was a sticky, burnt looking stain of some gunk on the carpet… Sis said it looked like chocolate, I thought it looked like hardened snot mixed with a HUGE cigarette burn. But anyway, it was cheap– for a few bucks more, I’d be willing to pay for a better room where I’m not freaking out as I fall asleep– thinking about all of the microbes I’d be inhaling all night long. They did provide breakfast the following morning. Make your own waffles w/butter and syrup PB& J with various breads OJ Apple Juice Coffee(nice and hot) Raisin Bran Fruit Loops Milk Fresh Apples(red delicious that were a bit pithy. but ok) If you do stay there, just tell them you do not want room 218!!! LOL

I would not stay here again and would never recommend this particular motel to ANYONE for any reason… Ever! Everything was stained and dirty. One pillow did not look like case had been changed and the pillow was discussing! The tub faucet was about to come away from wall as well as the bath faucet. The only electric plug that could be utilized for power was in the bathroom. The sign said they had free HBO but I never did find it. And to top off this experience, to get a cheaper rate, the requirement was pay in advance. All in all, nasty place. I have stayed in some questionable places and could look past some of the dirt but the price paid let you know what you were in for. But this place was not economical so the expectation was different.

Stayed here for 2 weeks while the house was getting worked on. The stay was excellent. The workers are very friendly, and the pool is very clean. The only hotel that my parents and I came back to after searching for one closer to the house. Excellent stay for the price, and easily one of the best motels we stayed at.

Wouldn’t stay here again if it was the last place on earth. Beware of unkept rooms and nasty conditions in the room. Had to wash all my stuff when I got home due to the room being so smelly and disgusting.

Zero stars! Horrible. Very dirty old rooms, nasty bed comforter and couch. Booked a 14 day advance non refundable rate so stuck it out for 5 nights. Scary neighborhood after dark… if the husband wasn’t with I would have bought an air mattress and moved to my parents small home for the 5 days. We were only there to sleep and shower as we were visiting reletives and sightseeing all day. Will be staying elsewhere next year.
