We ordered a candy basket on line. This florist was chosen. We got an awful basket Facebook has the photos. Do not use this businesses

This is not a family owned and run business, as advertised, and it shows.

I recently used an online service to order flowers to my home. First delivery was missed and we called the number on the note within 30 minutes. We also note that they did not attempt to contact either of the phone numbers provided for delivery. This would have solved the entire problem. This was at 3pm. We received no response, the FTD service tried too. There was no response from the florist to us or the FTD service. We were told they would be delivered the next day so my girlfriend waited around the next day for the entire day with no delivery occurring. Third day, still no response so I canceled my order. We called well within the hours stated on the phone message at their phone number. I don’t recommend using Desert Blooms again and if timeliness or communication is of importance to you.

I have been using a flower company in Tempe and as usual I called in my mothers day Corsage request on May 1, 2014 and a young lady answered and said that the flower company I was using has been combined with Desert Blooms. I asked her if she could see any of my order history and she said no, but did have my name and number which is odd. So I told here what I wanted and she took my CC information and said the flowers would be ready on May 10, 2014. I drove to Desert Blooms from Chandler and I don’t mind driving if it is worth it, well I picked up the Corsage and the first thing I noticed that it was not right. The Corsage was missing an orchid so I told the lady and she looked at the order and said ok I will take this back and fix it. I said no problem and then she brings it back and it has four small orchids and I asked her why is there four small orchids and not one big orchid like I ordered. She told me they did not have any and that’s all they had. I told her I called this in with plenty of time and specifically told Desert Blooms what I wanted and was told no problem, so as look at this Corsage I just felt like they did not try hard enough. The lady said hopefully next year they will get it right and I just looked at her with a blank expression and walked out. My father and I had this tradition going for my mom and now that dad has passed it was up to me to keep this tradition going. Thanks Desert Blooms for ruining that for us. I will never order from them again! Very unprofessional!

I am writing this review on behalf of a friend of mine who is not a Unilocaler. I feel that it’s so important to support good local businesses and she is always saying, «need flowers? Call Desert Blooms»…
I received a beautiful flower arrangement when my Father passed 6 years ago and have used Desert Blooms since, when sending flowers myself. My arrangement was fresh, beautiful and not picked out from a picture. I know every arrangement is put together by hand for that special occasion with just that person in mind. I certainly will recommend you to my friends.

I’ve been using them since it was roses galore and they always do an amazing job beautiful flowers and great customer service especially Charisma what a sweet heart! I never get my flowers anywhere else and neither should anyone else!
