I had the exact same experience as Amy N. The DPR agent responsible for selling the house I was attempting to buy lied about his relationship with the seller. When I found out I cancelled my contract with DPR and attempted to seek reimbursement for the costs I had incurred. When I contacted DPR, including the owner, Dale Milton, I was told that it was not their policy to not disclose a relationship with the seller and realtor. When I sought reimbursement I was sent a cease and desist from contact with DPR from their lawyer. These people are really untrustworthy and I wouldn’t recommend getting into any deals with them. In my case, they even conceded that their agent broken the rules, but would do nothing to help me. Granted, this is just my experience with them, but it appears others have had similar experiences as well. It may just be better to not purchase or use this realty group, especially if they cheat you, you could be out of a large sum of money, like I am.

So happy we had John list our house in Ahwatukee. He is very friendly, smart and got the job done for us! He found us a buyer when there were no buyers to be found! John bent over backwards and even shaved off part of his commission to get the sale. Highly recommend.
