Dunkin’ Donuts

If it were based on the food quality alone, it would be a 2 but I’m bumping it up to a 3 because the staff is usually very friendly. They are almost always out of blueberry bagels when I go there and I’ve had stale bagels a few times. You know, when you can barely chew your bagel cause it’s too tough to chew or pull apart – that’s not good and it’s a shame.
The donuts are good. But if you order anything with a filling, like a jelly donut, you’ll notice that they really skimp on the filling. I just want to get my money’s worth and I don’t feel that I am at getting it at this place. I’ve given up on ordering bagels here since they are almost always disappointing. As for the coffee– I’m no coffee snob nor expert, but it seems to be more watered down here than at the other locations.
Although it’s farther away, I’ll go to Einstein Bagels where they have a much better selection, taste, and quality for close to the same price. If Einstein had donuts, I’d never visit this DD location again.

I mean they made my iced coffee with iced tea… so ummm find any other dunkin donuts to go to. The people were nice just not really in top of it.

If you love dunkin donuts then you don’t need me to tell you about the great variety of not only donuts but muffins, bagels and breakfast items. This location also has super star staff members, well at least the closing shift crew that helped us. Super friendly and helpful it was a win all around on our last visit.

Although the sign say close at 9pm and the website says 10. We closed at 8 screams the young lady from the counter! I mean why so many different closing times I feel I should have been able to a sandwich and doughnut since the closing time on the door said 9 not 8 but oh well that craving has subside all I know is I prolly won’t be going here again.

Very disappointed! Made a donut run and came up to the doors at 8:50pm and they already shut everything down and locked their doors. Sign says they close at 9pm!

Very unfriendly person at drive up speaker. All I wanted was a breakfast sandwich, but they were out of toast, so I changed to croissant, but they were out of that too. So of course they were out of muffins. I then asked for a café latte, but the foofie drink machine was broke. Never an apologetic statement, just attitude. We went to Starbucks

Had to try again… BIG mistake. The worse then previous review. Why can’t this location owners/​managers see the horrendous customer service of the staff; especially morning crew, is the worst. Just sad.

This location has successfully NOT gotten my order right more times than I can count. Glad another opened up down the street in Chandler.

This isn’t your daddy’s Dunkin Donuts with the stale donuts and dirty looking shops. No. Dunkin Donuts has come a long way.
They are clean. Service is very friendly. They offer more than donuts. From iced coffees to muffins and hot breakfast sandwiches.
My only complaint is that the wait time increases significantly when ordering hot sandwiches. If your in the drive threw it’s not as bad but inside can take a long time. I once had to wait 20 minutes!
They need to work on a way to fix that problem.

I’ve grown sick of this Dunkin, the staff used to be awesome. I came literally every day and even knew them by name. Now it’s all new people who are rude and treat customers like a quick number. After coming here for years and getting the same coffee I understand exactly what it should taste like. It seems as though EVERY time I come now my coffee taste horrible, completely watered down. I’m not sure if they’re using too hot of coffee for iced coffees or if they have no idea how to make a simple iced with mocha cream and sugar. Wish they would get their old staff back or at least teach the new staff how to correctly make simple coffee. Maybe have a training where they taste test or something! Very disappointed. Their coffee should go back to .99 because it’s maybe only worth that much. And if someone brings back in a coffee to be remade a nicer attitude would be great. I’m also never the person to return something I normally just suck it up or throw it out but I’m sick of wasting money hoping it will be good the next time.

Probably the most unhappiest fast food workers I’ve ever come across. Food is mediocre iced coffee isn’t consistent. If they would just get almond milk already I’d respect them.

Best deal in town. Bring in your own cup and get a coffee for 1.07.
The staff is very friendly, plenty of tables to meet with people or to do work.

Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. However the prices and portions leave something to be desired. For the price I pay for a breakfast here I can find a much better meal almost anywhere else.

I stop by this location a lot and the staff are always super-​friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my credit card here once and they were extremely helpful in holding the card for me until I could stop by again to pick it up:)
