If I could give this zero starts I would. My husband signed up for traffic school located in this facility. We then found out it was the wrong class and tried to contract the office to get a refund. My husband called and the receptionist was rude and told him to call back in the morning too talk to the owner and abruptly hung up on him. I called back the next day and the receptionist who did not even introduce herself, but said the owner would not be in until 1pm. I called back at 115pm giving the owner enough time to arrive and settle in. Another receptionist answered; she was rude and stated the owner was not there and she didn’t know when she would be there. I left a message for a return phone call. I waited 24hrs then called back… the phone rang but no answer and no voice mail. This happened over the next few days as we made multiple attempts to contact the office. I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau, this company has also not contacted the BBB back re: the complaint. The owner has been neglectful and the staff rude clearly they are scan artists who care nothing if customer service. BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!
