i would not recommend this business. Took my truck in because the check engine light was on. Bill was $ 377, for a $ 77 part.

So I’m from NV and had a corporate car provided to me today in Mesa AZ from our sister company. I drove around various areas for at least 3 hours but couldnt get the thing (Passat Turbo) to cool off. So I «Yelped» Auto A/​C repair and got Early’s number as it was the closest to me and I liked the sound of the name :-) I called and was told by «Jakie» that they were full up. I explained I was from out of town and that I couldn’t run around with out the A/​C, she asked if I could leave the car for repair to which I replied «its my only transport». She then said I should swing by for at least a Performance testing and she’d get me in. True to her word she did as promised, diagnosed the problem, faulty A/​C expansion valve ($ 1,650.00) and found several other small problems and did a full system check. The bill was less than $ 50.00. I called the corporate office and they told me to bring the car back in by end of business day and a rental would be waiting for me.
When I arrived at the office they took a look at Jakie’s workup on the car and have made arrangements to have the car taken in for a major A/​C service/​repair. I am now in a rental with full A/​C!
I cant thank Jackie, and Bruce Early enough for there work ethic, thoughtfulness and professionalism. You Restored my faith today in Auto shops, Value, Honor and know how all in one shop… what a find!
