I moved in yesterday and I love it so far I have grateful neighbors who are very friendly and the office staff are awesome

The ONLY reason they’re getting more than 1 star out of me is because its so cheap but on the other hand you get what you pay for. I hated every second I lived there. Constantly hearing sirens and people outside late at light. Helicopter cops flying around every other night and a forensics unit was outside of my apartment one day and told my father that he would not want his daughter living there with out a gun. That’s just safety. I also had my a/​c go out 3 times within 4 months, big problem with ants crickets and somehow a fly problem for about a week. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone just spend the extra 200 for a safer place

Used to be managed by a royal cunt (I don’t like using that term but, it’s appropriate here…) and might still be. They Will keep your deposit no matter what. The maintenance man is a shady fucker. If you can deal with that, not a bad place for the price.
