I rented a car for the holiday and everything went really well except for the pick up. I was told to call the morning of my rental to schedule my pick up and when I did I was told to call back an hour before. I called at noon and they indicated that the pickup would be at 1:00 PM when they did not show I called back and they indicated that the driver was lost so they sent Erin. She came within minutes and I had the car by 2:20 which was about a hour behind schedule. The car ran well and everything was great from there. The front desk provided great customer service on pick up and return.

Awesome customer service! Long story short, I was waiting for my vehicle to arrive from another state and it took way longer than expected. The girls were more than willing to accommodate me and even let me switch out into a bigger vehicle when my family came down.

My truck was being repaired & I had been without a vehicle for almost a week. Husband is disabled and I needed to run various errands. Rented the car through Enterprise. Used it for 1 day to run all the necessary errands & bring my husband to dr. They picked me up to bring me to office and dropped me back at home when I returned vehicle. Ladies at office were awesome and it was quick and painless. I highly recommend and would use them again.
