I had Paula Murtagh come out to my home to write an estimate for some plumbling repairs I needed done in my bathroom (change out valves in my bathtub and sink for dripping fixtures) and outside water bib. Her quote came back a whopping $ 800+ dollars. I found a wonderful company that did they same repairs for $ 220.

I used envy restoration to repair some damage done to my roof and ceiling due to heavy rains. They went out there and fixed everything and said they would guarantee the job for two years. Well less than year later I had a leak in the act same area they fixed. They did not reply to my messages and I had to wait about 6 months to get it inspected. Once they inspected it, they said it they wouldn’t repair it. I asked to speak with the contractor that fixed it and he no longer worked with the company. Sad thing is they were paid thousands by my insurance and I still have damages inside my home. Because of this I wouldn’t recommend this company. However I will reconsider if they honor their two year commitment as promised and go to my house and fix the damages that still exist.
Update: Since this review Envy Restoration has been on top of everything and making sure that I am a satisfied customer. They have offered me fair solutions to solve my problem. I have been in communication with one of their representatives in a timely manner. This type of service is definitely 5 star level. Thanks for paying attention to my needs.

Rosie and Kevin did a phenomenal job on a fire damaged home. The home had extensive smoke damage, from a heating blanket that started the master bedroom on fire. The entire house required smoke remediation due to the smell. Kevin’s crew was professional and completed the work according to the timeline we agreed upon. Kevin even took the time to pull permits with the City of Phoenix, which was a big time saver for me. I am a licensed General Contractor, but soon realized that Envy and Kevin knew the proper means for handling the damage. I would recommend Rosie and Kevin to anyone in my situation.

They cost a bit more than I had expected which is the only reason that I gave them ⁴⁄₅ stars, but I realize that you get what you pay for in this business.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with the great folks over at Envy Restoration and Construction. Truly amazing. A leaky pipe inside my wall damaged both my master bedroom and half of my kitchen which ended up also being an asbestos problem in the drywall. Overall, a 1 month project to restore. You can imagine not only the mess that this would cause but also the uncertainty about the solution. Both Kevin and Rosie were prompt, attentive and genuinely focused at ensuring that every need, question and concern that I had was taken care of. I literally had Kevin’s cell number in my own phone and he responded to every phone call or text message. The first time ever I’ve had a contractor return EVERY ONE of my calls. Additionally, the quality of work far exceeded my expectations and was done neat, orderly, on time and on budget. I would and plan on recommending Envy to anyone that will listen. They absolutely made a tough experience 1000% more bearable.

I’ve had ENVY do 2 drywall repairs from my techs accidently making a boo boo. Work wise they guys are awesome! scheduling is a bit hazy so that’s pretty frustrating when trying to coordinate between them & your customers. Pricing, well… its more than I anticipated but both my customers were extremely satisfied with their performance & you couldn’t tell there was ever a blemish. Hats off to ENVY.
