DONOTRENTHERE. This is the worst place to live. The girls in the office are all RUDE, no personality. They lie to you about fees and then change them after you move in. Maintenance is a joke. They never answer requests for work, and when they do show up, they leave everything a mess when they leave. There are bugs everywhere, Crickets, sewer roaches. large looking worms, lizards. And these are all inside the apts. There is dog feces all over the grass area. Pools are yellow and dirty all the time. The parking is terrible. Cars are towed constantly. There are police driving through daily. Domestic violence is a daily occurrence here. The laundry room is filthy and unsanitary, Garbage bins are constantly overflowing. I can honestly say there is nothing good to say about this place. Please look elsewhere before even considering renting here.

A friend of mine lives here. While the units themselves look nice, and the«pet parks» are a nice touch, the management does not take care of maintenance requests timely, things are falling apart all over and not being addressed when notified. The groundskeeper does not clean up dog park areas, and they smell strongly because of a lack of proper cleaning.(Obviously no one there knows about how to maintain and care for a dog park.) Unexpected fees, poor response to maintenance requests, and somewhat high rent for the location and quality. .. these apartments are not a location I would choose to reside in.

You don’t want to rent here! I have been waiting 2 months for them to fix ongoing health issues. Two weeks is the average wait time to get maintaince issues fixed. The Apt Manager Rosey has been rude everytime we have contacted her.

Falcon has some nice apartments and Townhouses come over and check them out, and the staff there are great people, friendly and courteous meet with a smile and are very willing to answer any questions you ask.

If you are reading this, I hope it is because you are doing your due diligence in seeing what other’s say about this apartment before moving in. All I can tell you is if you are looking for cheap housing in Mesa, then this is an OK place. Be warned though that if anything comes up in your situation where you may need to break your lease then be ready for a fight. In my personal situation, I moved in while going through a divorce and once it was finalized I needed to move into a bigger place so I could have my visitation rights. I was hoping that Falcon Glen would be understanding to my unfortunate situation, but nope, they could care less. So I went over there heads and contacted the corporate office, who then came back with an adequate solution. Then when I moved out I was presented with a move-out bill of over $ 800 for a small one bedroom apartment. I fought again, and was told that if you don’t live there for 24 months then you are charged $ 150 for repainting fee, $ 95 cleaning fee, and $ 150 carpet cleaning fee. So check your lease because supposedly these fees are in there, so basically what they do is «waive» the move-in deposit, but then make it up when you move-out, so a slick way to do business, so good job Falcon Glen for coming up with such a scrupulous way to do business. I would never give a positive review to Falcon Glen.
