Famous Nails

I find that this salon is really famous for their friendly service. It is outstanding how they are so excellent customer service, and really take care of their customers. The way they offer tons of nail polish colors it really does not surprise me with their excellent service as well. They can recreate tons of amazing designs, and all for a very good excellent service.

My $ 22 Regular Spa Pedicure today was really great. My technician was so easy to communicate with and took her time in every details and made sure i was completely satisfied. My nails looked so fabulous. The interior was so clean, neat and had a very relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was nice and they gave me good customer services. Price was fair for such a high quality products they used on me. I definitely come back again whenever i’m in the area. Highly recommended!!!

I’ve been going here exclusively for about a year now. They are all very good and professional and reasonably priced. You won’t be disappointed!

Just moved to Mesa area from Scottsdale. Looking for my home salon has been a challenge. Famous was meticulous and precise. Famous’s is very clean and not pushy. I’ll be back soon!

7÷18÷15− Today, I visited this salon to get a pedicure. This was my 2^nd time here. There was a 5 – 10 minute wait which is fine but then I sat in the chair for 10 minutes with water that was getting cold. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt because they are busy, I chose to stay. Not once or twice but 3 times the tech stopped to check and text on her phone. I called her out and asked, «why are you on your phone?» With her looks of confusion, I repeated and asked, «this is supposed to be relaxing and you are on your phone. This is the third time on your phone and that doesn’t count the time you randomly walked out the back door to order food.» I was not raising my voice or giving attitude. The tech next to mine told her no phone. I would have walked out but I was half way with my toes done which would have looked weird.
At the end of the service, I asked for her boss/​manager. I was not looking for free service but some sort of we will handle this type of behavior. They came over and I explained everything on the service and said it was poor customer service from the tech. He said, «she knows little English.» I’m sorry but no phone should be standard in any language when providing service. That was his only comment, again and again. I paid for my service and left.
I will not return to this salon. You shouldn’t return or go either.

This is my favorite nail shop! Everyone is so kind and all so good at what they do! I’ve been a customer for about 3 years… All experienced nail techs!

This place is amazing! I went in just wanting a pedicure and came out with the cutest nails in the state! I was browsing through Pinterest and found a cute idea, I talked with Tom (everyone go see him – he rocks) and we switched up to my liking! I have never been happier! You won’t regret getting your nails done here! Not to mention, the staff is awesome! Thanks y’all!

absolutely love this place, price is always beyond reasonable and the service is TOP NOTCH. From the owners who welcome you to all of the employees this is a great place to relax. Not only are the people great but they are extremely clean as well!

I have been going to Famous Nails for over 8 years now and will NEVER go anywhere else! Tom and Den are so wonderful and do the best nails I have ever seen!
When I move up to Flagstaff there is no doubt that I will make the trek to Mesa to get my nails and eyebrows done!

i have to admit i have mixed feelings about Famous Nails. THE GOOD: it is close enough to my house that i could walk there. i have been going to this salon as a loyal customer for more than 4 years. i come in once a month and i always get the same service which is a smooth heel pedicure. about 90% of the time i make an appointment in advance. and i am always generous to the tech, ALWAYS tipping $ 10 for a $ 35 pedicure. i have mostly been satisfied with the pedicures i have received by all the techs who have come and gone since i started being a customer here. yesterday, the owner tom was the one who gave me my pedicure. the shop is always clean… THE BAD: the part that bothers me is that even though i only spend $ 35 a month for services at this shop, i am a loyal customer. and even though i hear the owners routinely greet other customers by name, and make small chit chat with them, i have never had that basic courtesy extended to me. i get the same monotone «can i help you?» from the owner each time i come in. never a smile, and never a «nice to see you again» or any such greeting that includes my name. this is a small mom and pop shop that is never full when i come in. i wonder how many other customers have not returned because they have not felt like valued customers? i am sure it couldn’t be that difficult to remember the name of a customer who shows up regularly, is polite and kind to all the techs, tips generously, and always includes her name when she she calls in to make an appointment. and one who has referred friends and family to the shop … i was beginning to wonder if it was just me being too sensitive. you, know, expecting too much. so, as a test i tried another salon 3 months in a row and on the second and third visits to the other shop, i was warmly greeted by name and made to feel that my business was appreciated. i returned here to Famous Nails yesterday to see if anything had changed. sadly, no. same standoffish attitude, different day; …so, since both places provide the services i seek, and the prices are comparable, although i would love the convenience of a place close enough to walk to, and would love to stay with a shop i have devoted 4 years of my time to, for me, it really does boil down to feeling appreciated and feeling that i am being treated with respect.

Love this place! Great service, great people & great prices! The owners are awesome & the place is very clean! Will be back a lot!

Got a new lady and it was the worst pedicure ever. Looks Like I painted my own nails, so I call salon to fix now been sitting here for 45 min watching them take all the new walk-ins:/ don’t think I’m coming back.
