Fantastic Sams

I have been a Hairstylist for over 15 years. And I worked in this horrible Hair Salon for only a short time. The Stylists are RUDE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL and don’t give the customers what they want!!! The owners treat there Stylist really horrible that’s why everyone quits!!! Anyone who cares about what there hair looks like should STAY AWAY from any of these CHOP SHOPS!!! REALLY SUPER UNPROFFESSIONAL DONT RECOMMEND !!!

If your up for a good time, some laughs and an exciting experience getting your hair done; come here and see Jaime! I have NEVER had such a good time getting my hair done, in all honesty!
There have been times when I explain what I would like done with my hair, and the stylist always seems to go the conservative route and explain to me «we can go bolder later» if I would like (in referring to hair color and highlights) Well, who wants to sit at the salon that long only to do it again? Not me!
THANK GOODNESS I HAVE FOUND JAIME! Now, I am not going nuts with my hair, but she actually LISTENED to what I wanted when I first arrived and didn’t try to talk me out of it!!! That in itself is awesome! I have been here a while, naturally, and somehow Jaime has managed to make this past hour plus feel like nothing at all!
I’ve never gone to a Fantastic Sam’s before, but have already made my mind up that I will DEFINITELY come back to see Jaime again!
Also, though she has been great, let me say, it’s not only her that has made this experience wonderful– the entire salon does seem to have a nice feel to it!

Went in and knew exactly what I wanted done on my hair. Showed them a picture of what color I wanted it and the length and everything. After it was all said and done, they ended up charging me services I never had done and my hair didn’t turn out the same color that it was supposed to be. It was almost a black looking color instead of a beautiful (one color) red that it was supposed to be. Seriously, one color and they couldn’t even get that right!!! I would be very cautious coming to this place. I am going to try and get either a refund or a redo (with no charge) and have my hair corrected to the color it is supposed to. If they refuse… I shall be sure to let you know what kind of customer service they have as well.

We went there because it was the closest and we received a coupon in the mail. So glad we did! We thought (hubby and I) that we would have to go one at a time while the other watches our 15 month old. We were told we can go at the same time and their staff would sit with our son. I can’t remember who cut my hubby’s hair, but Kristin cut mine. Very, very happy. I’m definitely going back and this is now our go-​to salon. I’ll use Kristin every time for sure.
