Freedom Communications

I wouild not suggest getting involved with Freedom Communications. Their salesman (door to door) stopped at my Daid’s house in Sun City (he is 92 years old and doesn’t hear well or understand things well any longer) and told him he was upgrading his Direct TV system so he could record 5 shows at once instead of two and still watch another show at the same time. First and formost, salesmen shouldn’t be allowed to talk to the elderly, or prey on them as easy sales when they think they are getting one thing and don’t really understand what it is they are getting. After one day of having the Dish Network (not the upgraded Direct TV) installed the picture was not even close to Direct TV quality and the remote control was more confusing to use. He cancelled it after 24 hours, Direct TV was kind enough to out and reinstall their system at no cost, but due to Dish Network’s early termination penalty, they think they can charge $ 720 and get away with it. BEWARE of this company, do not let them in your parents home in Sun City!

These peope are great! My Dish Network system is in and I’m getting a great picture and it’s only costing me 29.99 per month for the next year. I had a question the day after install and they patiently walked me through it over the phone. My rep told me he’d even come to my house if we couldn’t figure it out over the phone. Thanks guys!
