I didn’t think I had a hearing issue until I actually got my hearing tested. What a surprise to learn the results. I highly recommend Fynes Audiology for your audiology needs!

Came here to get impressions for IEM molds. The guy i came in isn’t actually a doctor. His name is Roger. I’m getting reshells through In-​Earz, they include an instruction sheet for the audiologist. He asked me «what’s medium to high viscosity silicon material»? I wanted to pipe up, «shouldn’t you know this?» But I said nothing. He read the four lines of instructions for about two minutes. I could sense something was wrong so I asked what’s wrong. «Just seems a bit of an overkill.» I told him I wasn’t comfortable with him doing my impressions. «Ok, here you go» and tossed my sheet back at me. What a jerk. Dr Fynes I got impressions from you about five years ago and you were very nice. Your employee is a jerk, and he needs to learn some customer service. I will never come to your place again thanks to him. And hopefully others will see my review and think again before coming. (Would give Zero if possible)

Dr. Fynes has done an excellent job fitting both my 80 year old mother and my 54 year old husband with hearing aids. She is very patient, explains things very well, and gives options to choose from. We never felt pressured or rushed. The hearing aids have worked out very well. When my husband was having a problem with one, we went back in and she was able to determine the problem and correct it. I highly recommend her.
