I’ve lived here for almost a year and just signed my 60 day notice that I will not be renewing my lease, that should be telling enough. Although there’s nothing really wrong with the apartment itself, management isn’t great. I’ve had all sorts of scary neighbors come and go, I’ve had to call the cops, I’ve made noise complaints, nothing seems to change. There’s dogs that constantly bark above me.

I have lived here for a year and a half. The management is extremely friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and I’m happy to say it is very quiet here. I never hear the neighbors except for when they enter and leave their apartment. In other words the walls are well sound insulated. Also you can have any TV service you want cable or satellite.

I recently moved to the greater Phoenix area from the Chicago area, the Genoa Lakes staff has made my transition fantastic, There was a mixup with the apartment numbers, but it was resolved well before my arrival. The community is nice, the people in the complex have been very respectful and fairly quiet, great for a student like myself. The location is wonderful as well, the ability to do something or pick something up quickly is a rare find in most larger cities in America. Between the palm trees and the beautiful Arizonian sunsets, Genoa Lakes leaves little to be desired. I would genuinely like to thank the leasing, maintenance, and management, for a great experience thus far.
