If I could give zero stars I would. This office waited 10 days to call my mother with the results of her labwork. And then when they did, they told her she could not have the surgery that she needs to remove a suspected cancer. The reason for cancelling the surgery was a mildly elevated liver enzyme. My Mom demanded copies of her bloodwork for the past years and discovered that the liver enzyme had been elevated since 2014!!! They had been ignoring it, yet now that she needs surgery it is suddenly a big deal. I’m afraid this incompetence is going to kill my Mom.

The front desk staff is horrible and they ordered wrong titers. My visit wasn’t just a waste of time, but also money.

The only good thing about this office is that there are usually same-day or next-morning appointments with a physicians-assistant if you are having an issue, which saves an ER or Urgent Care visit. But it’s really hard to get to see an actual MD in this office, requiring a lot of lead time, making it only helpful for your annual physical. It’s even worse when you plan months ahead and then are told that«oh no they scheduled you with the PA», forcing more time away from work and further delays. This office keeps holding my prescriptions hostage; I’ve been on the same maintenance meds since 2009, but they won’t give me an Rx with enough refills for a year between my annual physicals. When my pharmacy calls to refill, the office insists I come in for another($ 150) office visit. Also, they double-billed us for an office visit; my wife went for an annual physical(no co-insurance), and then when the doctor said«Is there anything else» and my wife said yes, they billed us and our insurance for a «regular» visit. I’m in the middle of disputing this right now. Even if they fix it, the fact that it happened is worth reporting.

Good luck with seeing an «actual» MD. They push the PA’s versus seeing an actual doctor. When the ER says«see your MD next week(not a PA)»…and GPC says sorry can’t see you for two months… I was literally speechless. I was a new patient to GPC last year after having the same doctor for almost 26 years in another part of the valley, and have been into GPC twice, and have never met my actual primary doctor. If you have too many patients… then stop taking patients. Not my cup of tea and will be moving on from this office to an office that actually has a sense of urgency and not«take a number» type of mentality.

I just received a call while I was at work from these idiots. I didn’t recognize the number, so I Googled it. Gilbert Primary Care popped up all over the place. It was no question. Did they leave a message? Nope. I think I had been there ONE time many, many years ago. Why the call? Are they lonely? Losing patients, no doubt!!!

WORSTOFFICEEVER! I needed to get very specific tests verified for my college enrollment that were clearly written out on the paper work they were provided with. It was a simple MMR blood test to verify that I was immune to Rubeola. Simple right? Apparently not! Instead of taking the test for all three of the MMR(Measles — AKA Rubeola, Mumps & Rubella) they only do Rubella, not the needed Rubeola test! When I call to request a new blood draw, cause I love the feel of a needle shoved in my arm, they treat me like it was my fault and tell me they have an appointment in 2 weeks available. As I explain that it is needed in 4 days and needed to be done that day they disconnected the phone and I had to call back on another line. When they finally agreed to «fit me in» for a second blood draw the Phlebotomist was the queen of nasty and gave me the death glare the entire time. This office is a complete waste of time and have NOSKILLS for professionalism. Did I mention that after a year they still can’t access my info over the phone since they still have my DOB wrong and can’t quite figure it all out? WINNERS!!! You’ll have better luck at the morgue…

This office is absolutely terrible. Way too many patients that they aren’t able to adequately take care. The office girls are unbelievably rude and condescending. It takes entirely too long to get in for an appointment. I would strongly recommend a different office if you are looking for a primary care physician.
