I had worked on my computer for 2 hours trying to backup my old phone because I had to get a new one. I stopped in this Verizon store and the young man there was so polite and helpful. He had it done in about 10 minutes and told me to come in any time and he would be happy to help me. Very friendly and helpful. Store wasn’t terribly crowded. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this

I absolutely love this store and I love the employees that are here. its not extremely busy I always get the help I need here. They are curtious, knowledgeable and this store has everything it needs that I could ever need. they are very helpful about putting things in my phone that need to be there. This is a great store!!!

Charleston Leverett was super friendly! Great customer service. My mother is not smartphone literate and he was super patient and walked her through everything and I recommend him to everyone.
