H&I Automotive

I had a couple of problems going on with my car; loud noise coming from the dash, front seat not moving, and a blinker out. I called a place near where I work in Scottsdale and they wanted $ 98 for each thing they needed to diagnose. I have used H&I Automotive previously, they are just far for me, but I decided to call them to see what they would say. (My hairdressers husband works there.) They said $ 50 to diagnose everything for my car. They were able to get me in right away and take care of everything for less than what I would have paid to just have my car diagnosed up north. Not only that, but they are extremely helpful and answer all your questions. I must have called Chris 6 times and he was happy and took his time answering all my questions. They email you a detailed report of your car along with pictures to help show what is wrong so you know they aren’t screwing you over like most places. Definitely recommend you use them and totally worth the drive!

My family and I have been coming to H&I for many years. After numerous experiences at horrible auto shops, a family friend recommended this company and we have been going to them ever since. Their knowledge, friendliness, and overall excellent customer service is unmatchable.
Their name sums up every experience, every time — Honesty and Integrity. You can’t ask for a better group of people to take care of your vehicle (and your pocketbook with how affordable they make things.) I recommend them to everyone and anyone looking to get their car serviced in anyway.

I just moved here in March and a friend referred me to H&I. I needed an oil change and thought I needed some other repairs too, hoping it wouldn’t be too expensive. Turns out, the other repairs weren’t necessary now, can wait on them. Price was fantastic.
Fast forward 4 months and I brought a car for them to check out for my son and let me know if it was worth the asking price. They checked it out, told me a few things that needed to be done and told me that it was definitely a good car for the price.
I have to add that the price they charged for checking out the mechanicals and
running of the car was about $ 70 less than I have paid in Chicago !

Wow! I found out about H&I because a friend had referred me. I am so glad she did! I was really worried that the serious issues I was having with my car were going to be expensive and that I would have to be without transportation for a long time while it was repaired.
At H &I, I was greeted immediately, my car was pulled in, and within the hour, I had the results of their diagnostics! Surprise! They let me know that there were three repairs that needed to be done but that no parts were going to be required. I received a very reasonable estimate, and was told approximately how long it would take to do the repairs. Then, I was asked if I would like to wait or if I needed a ride somewhere. :-)
I was so happy with the entire experience and it was such a relief to finally find a solid, fair shop with excellent and honest mechanics, and a friendly reception desk! I finally found the solution I’ve been looking for! Looks like I’m going to have to figure out a way to return the favor of the referral my friend gave me!
