There is an initial 2hr flat rate (which should be enough to cover a well kept small home or condo) and this is the price that they often quote online or on phone. But after that 2hr period, they start charging by the hour – which means the cleaners will come to your house and drag out the work as slowly as possible to get maximum dollars.
Will never use again.
