Terrible, went in today with a bad sinus infection. I was given a prescription my insurance needed the dr approval to fill which made no sense to me but my hands were tied. For three hours walgreens and I tried to get another prescription called in. Nothing. I kept getting told they have the message to the Dr. Now have to go to urgent care to get something to help because we couldn’t get an answer on such a simple thing that would have taken five minutes to correct. Way to go for giving a damn for your patients care.

After being a patient at the Osborn location my provider, Jennifer Lembas, NP, moved to the Mesa office. Because Jennifer is such a wonderful practitioner I decided to travel to Mesa to continue care with her. The front office was very pleasant and welcoming. The MA was all business but that is OK. Another MA went out of his way to get me an appt for a needed test.
The office was neat and tidy – I was seen on time – staff pleasant and Ms Lembas is a top rate medical provider and well worth the added travel time.

Been here once. April 2014. I saw Dr Gazda. The place was clean and well maintained. The doctor was pleasant and helpful, very approachable.
The registration staff at the front desk I found to be somewhat rude and lacking experience in their job.
