Ideal Rehabilitation

Chapter 3 — OK now… forward on to Janeen Delgenio! Janeen was recommended by Mark Moore at the 19^th ave Ideal Rehab location. Yes, it’s out of the way but Janeen is the only PT within the company that is certified ASTYM™. Janeen read my notes and chart and we quickly grooved into therapy. She’s another great listener and my left foot has improved greatly since I started therapy with her.
This location is not nearly as busy as the other office so I love that the PT has more time with their patients here. The gym area is rather small but the staff do know how to make you workout! The whole staff is awesome here. So thee goes. I have a few more visits left so I plan to get as much out as I can now that I’m back to training for various half marathons and races. I highly recommend Ideal Rehab! PS… I really hope there’s no Chapter 4. The End.
