Insight Imaging – Country Club

I found this place searching for fair pricing for mammograms as I’m out of pocket. Insight is very affordable! The staff was quick and professional about getting my appointments set up and checked in. I’ve never had any unreasonable wait time — actually all 4 times I’ve been to this location they’ve been very prompt. I love the techs! they are kind, understanding and try very hard to help you feel at ease during whatever procedure you may be having done. I also really appreciate how fast they communicate with my healthcare provide with the results. My last visit I heard from my doctor by end of day with results — mind you, it wasn’t life threatening news, quite the opposite.
All in all, I trust them and will only use this facility for my imagery needs.

Went to the Insight Imaging — Country Club facility for the first time. Very comfortable, to say the least. Arrived on time and filled out appropriate paperwork, and the receptionist was very pleasant that early in the morning! Yeah! The technician doing my test was friendly and kind, and knew her stuff. Overall, had a very nice experience, and I will return.

This is the place to go if you need several things taken care of, like x-​rays, bone density, and mammogram. It’s like one stop shopping! The ladies that work here are very nice, and polite. I was in and out of here within two hours after getting everything done, I highly recommend this facility!

I started going to Insight Country Club eight years ago because it was close to my office. Now I drive across town to continue to go there for my annual mammo. The staff is all extremely friendly with everyone and they always keep to the schedule, respecting my time. I was in and out in five minutes. Clean, friendly and fast. I highly recommend.

I showed up a half hour before my appointment to fill out paperwork. The patient that had an appointment before mine, showed up after me. Well, I, along with everyone after me, was made to wait for the person who showed up really late. If someone can’t make their appointment they should be the ones waiting. But that’s not the worst part! No gloves were worn when I was given my IV. I don’t care how many times he washed his hands, gloves need to be worn!!!
